Welcome to EZRFID. By accessing or using our RFID inventory management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EZRFID provides a cloud-based RFID inventory management platform that enables organizations to:

• Track and manage inventory using RFID technology
• Conduct stock taking and audits
• Manage organizational users and permissions
• Generate reports and analytics
• Sync data across devices and platforms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Each user may only have one account unless authorized by us

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our website. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through our authorized payment providers (Pabbly, MyanMyanPay)
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial, your account may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel. You will be notified before any charges are applied.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Cancellation by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

6.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our acceptable use policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the service

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

8. Data and Content

8.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

8.2 Data Backup

While we implement reasonable backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.

9. Intellectual Property

The EZRFID platform, including software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution
